DVLA suggest that you have in between 40-60 expert hours with a driving trainer together with around 20 hours with friends and family, we would constantly advise a minimum of a total of 40 hours. For example, if you have already had 15 hrs of driving lessons in the past we would recommend the 25 hour course to get ready for your test.
